有温度的教育来自于社会和家庭的灵魂基石:我们国家教育主管部门正在整顿校外培训机构,认为他们在兜售教育焦虑上起了推波助澜的作用,资本的涌入更加剧了这一趋势。

Education with heart is from the soul base of whole society and families: our national education authorities are cracking down on training centers which are contributing to publicity of educational anxiety, the influx of capital has exacerbated the trend.


在学校,我们的老师被质问:为什么全班同学都考90多分,而我的孩子70分?为什么全班同学都能写500字的作文,而我的孩子只能写到200字?老师和家长讲不同的孩子进步的节奏是要时间的积累,需要给出时间去期盼去等待,家长一句——我不要等待,我要我的孩子现在就和“别人家的孩子”一样!既然学校做不到,我就要想其他办法进行速成。

于是大量的时间和金钱投入教培,孩子们叫苦不迭,更有甚者孩子们因为抵触患上了严重的心理疾病,对学校失去了最后一丝的信任。而家长们也将这个结果所产生的后果强加给了学校、给了社会,在外界声音碎片化的输入后家长与孩子们选择了沉沦在内卷的浪潮之中。殊不知,这是成人化的错误的人才观在作祟。

有温度的教育来自于教师的温良:一个只关注学生考试成绩和总想让学生课后找自己付费补课的老师,他的教育肯定是冰凉的。教育更多的是生命与生命的对话,他会把学生当做一个个需要倍加珍惜的生命个体去珍爱,其教育指向的是活生生的人,满足的是个体的差异和具体需求。

Education with heart is also from the gentleness of teachers: a teacher who only pays attention to students' test scores and always demands students to have make up lessons after class, this type of education must be very cold. Education is more a dialogue between lifes. It will cherish students as individuals who need to be cherished. 每个学生是视觉学习者、还是听觉学习者或者是动作学习者,老师心中有数,他们会把以教师为中心的课堂转变为以学生为中心的课堂。会根据每个不同的孩子制定不同的目标和计划,有条不紊地按照每个孩子的状态和节奏来看待孩子的发展和进步,不断激发孩子对学习的热情,逐步释放孩子自身无限的潜能。但是,我们这些年的教育渐渐陷入了模式化,标准化,鲜有个性化的打造,更别谈创造力的培养了。

Teachers know whether each student is a visual learner, an auditory learner or an action learner. They will change the teacher-centered classroom into student-centered classroom. We will formulate different goals and plans according to each different child, treat the child's development and progress in an orderly manner according to the state and rhythm of each child, constantly stimulate the child's enthusiasm for learning, and gradually release the child's unlimited potential. However, our education in recent years has gradually fallen into a pattern and standardization, with few personalized creation, let alone the cultivation of creativity.


有温度的教育来自于学校对教师的评价方式改革:现在教育主管部门正在加大力度纠正以升学分数的高低,升学率的高下作为依据来衡量评价教师的问题,这让我们看到了给教师们松绑的曙光。只有把教师评价、学生评价都从一考定终身的评价中解救出来,有温度的教育才会有了生长的沃土,才有了不断向上发力的空间。

Education with heart is from the reform of evaluation method of teachers: Currently, education authorities are making efforts to correct the problem of evaluating teachers on the basis of the competition of the admission rate, which makes us see the hope of decompressing teachers. Only by rescuing the teacher evaluation and student evaluation from the system“exams decide all your life”, then warm education will have a fertile soil for growth, more room for improvement.

如何真正改变孩子的人生,需要的是教育主管部门、社会、家长、教师、学校多位一体的“用心”,绝对不是用一个冷冰冰的数字和标准来定义孩子。因此,我们必须着重培养孩子们的自主学习能力,团队合作的能力以及逆向思维问题的能力。没有温度的教育不可能培养出一个眼中有光,心中有梦的孩子;也就更难培养出诺贝尔奖得主类的科学创新型人才。

Truly change children's lives requires the "heart" of education authorities, society, parents, teachers and schools. It is absolutely not a cold number and standard to define children. Therefore, we must respect and cultivate children's ability to learn independently, to work in a team and to think backwards. We can not cultivate students with light in their eyes and dreams in their hearts without warm education; That makes it harder to produce Nobel Prize-winning scientific innovators.

每一个孩子的潜能都是无限的,每一个孩子都是****的,有温度的教育就是使每一个孩子都能释放出自己的光和热。冰冷的教育培养出来的人一定会用冷冰冰的心去对待周围的人和世界,甚至培养他的下一代。Change your attitude, change your mindset 赢可以不是目的,**也可以不是目标,甚至名校亦可大胆抛弃。而当孩子离开学校和家庭之后、离开守护者的视线之后,是否依然具有一定的自主学习能力,以高标准要求自己,并愿意持之以恒地为自己的国家乃至这个世界变得更美好而努力,即体现出很强的自我价值感和社会责任感。这样的孩子其实是借助教育的力量而找到了自我,由内而外地去追逐自己的梦想,这才是教育的终于奥义吧!

Every child's potential is infinite, every child is unique, with a warm education is to make every child can release their own light and heat. Teachers and schools who teach with "heart" should, like thermometers, measure the temperature of each child, see the subtle differences between children, teach students according to their aptitude, and truly cultivate each child with "heart".
