市委教育工委常务副书记、市教委主任荆洪阳一行莅临美达菲学校检查工作

1月27日上午，市委教育工委常务副书记、市教委主任荆洪阳同志带队，南开区副区长李健，区教育局党委书记、局长孙建昆陪同，莅临美达菲学校督导安全工作。

On the morning of January 27, Mr. Jing Hongyang, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Education Working Committee, Director of the Municipal Education Commission , Mr. Li Jian, Deputy Director of the Nankai District People's Government, Mr. Sun Jiankun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Education Bureau,together with their entourage, visited MacDuffie School to inspect and supervise the work of safety.

在巡视过程中，荆洪阳同志重点检查了宿舍、食堂、消控室等关键区域，就值班值守情况、消防设施使用、疏散通道管理等实地督导检查。

During the inspection, Jing Hongyang   focused on the inspection of dormitories, canteen, consumer control room and other key areas.

荆洪阳同志强调，要深刻吸取近期全国部分地区火灾事故教训，扎实做好寒假期间教育系统安全稳定工作。

Jing Hongyang urged the school to pay close attention to fire safety by completing self-checking and self-correction of hidden dangers, and conscientiously implement fire safety precautions. He also emphasized the importance of fire safety in the school and required the school to comprehensively strengthen the management of fire safety to ensure that there is a strong line of defense for fire safety on campus.

孙建昆局长介绍了美达菲各学部近几年取得的优异成绩，肯定了学校高标准的设施建设，以及持续的教育资金投入 。

Director Sun Jiankun introduced the outstanding achievements of the MacDuffie school in recent years and affirmed the high standard of school facilities and continuous investment.

我校将继续加强校园消防安全自查力度及宣传教育力度，在办学成果不断提升的同时增强学校师生消防安全意识与自救能力，为构建平安和谐校园创造良好的安全环境。

Our school will continue to strengthen the campus fire safety self-inspection and publicity and education efforts. Also, the school will enhance the fire safety awareness and self-rescue ability of teachers and students while continuously improving the results of school operation, in order to build a safe and harmonious campus.
